Omg! ! the best thing about this place is the location! so close to the f train station, made things super easy. But, rooms are a tad small and outdated. Overall, a decent stay. 💁🏼‍♀️

The hotel offered us a great value with reasonable rates compared to other options. Despite some noise from nearby railways, the efficient public transportation made exploring the city convenient. Our room, though small and lacking in amenities, was clean and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. The staff were professional and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

Every detail is good, especially the location and staff. Close to a metro station, safe area. There are lots of restaurants to eat, like Carol's Bun that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

Just stayed near Downtown at a cozy hotel. Unexpectedly delicious breakfast, tiny room but nice staff. Noisy train nearby. DEFINITELY worth staying again. Photos don't do justice.

Digging the handy location near Chinatown and bridging areas for easy explorations, plus the staff being all cool and helpful, not to mention those free drinks they lay out for you at the entrance - classy touch! Chilling on the rooftop deck at sunset was total relaxation mode after a full day of adventures. The only downside was some street noise from the nearby busy streets & hospitals, but honestly, it didn't bug me much, and I snoozed just fine! 🏨

The only slight drawback that I noticed during my stay was the lack of storage options in the room. It would have been convenient to have a dresser for organizing clothes and personal items.

We were within walking distance to Broadway shows and could easily catch an event or game at the lively Madison Square Garden. The hotel had a humble budget yet offered a dash more class than its competitors, providing a comfortable and convenient stay for families.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could enhance the family experience by offering more kid-friendly dining options within the premises.
